System Status

Partial degradation

5 of 9 components have a check behind them. Checked when this page was rendered, Tue, 27 Oct 2026 21:58:53 GMT.

What this page checks. Each line below is resolved from live configuration when you load the page — whether a component has what it needs to work at all. It is not uptime monitoring: there are no response-time figures and no uptime history here, because we do not measure them yet and would rather show nothing than numbers we cannot stand behind. “Not monitored” means the component is serving but nothing is watching it.

Website
Serving this page; no external health check is wired yet.
Not monitored
Authentication
Basefyio identity is configured and the token issuer is pinned.
Operational
Account & plan store
Reads go through the Basefyio PostgREST proxy per request; reachability is not probed here.
Not monitored
Mode lookups (schedules, tracking, rates)
Handed to the specialist scanner by redirect — FreightScanner does not run these lookups. That site publishes its own status.
Not monitored
Public API (/api/v1)
Upstream is in mock mode, so rate search answers with an empty result set and meta.mode "mock" rather than figures.
Degraded
Mode directory & pricing pages
Rendered from in-repo content; no upstream needed.
Operational
Email delivery
A provider is configured; delivery itself is not monitored from here.

Uptime history

There is no uptime chart on this page. The one that used to be here drew 90 green bars and an uptime percentage from a list of incident dates kept by hand, so a day nobody wrote down was indistinguishable from a day with no incident. Response-time probes and uptime sampling start with the public API, and this page will show measured history from that point forward — not a back-filled estimate.

Something broken that this page says is fine? Tell us — a status page that disagrees with reality is a bug in itself.
